Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer for a 6-month contract based in Cambridge. The role involves providing technical support across multiple client environments and contributing to IT project delivery. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement with two days on-site each week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, particularly within Microsoft environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support for multiple client environments, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Troubleshoot and support Windows OS, Office 365, networking, and permissions
- Assist with the delivery of IT projects, including rollouts, migrations, and upgrades
Skills Required:
- Solid 2nd line support experience in an MSP/multi-client environment
- Strong technical skills in Office 365, Microsoft Windows, and PowerShell
- Experience supporting and delivering IT projects
Salary (Rate): £230 per day
