Job Description
- Efficiently organise and manage administrative tasks.
- Provide support to the department and assist in the coordination of projects.
- Manage correspondence and communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparation of necessary materials.
- Manage filing systems and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Assist with budget monitoring and expense reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
A Successful Administrator Should Have
- A strong background in administrative roles, preferably within the Public Sector and Government industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software, including databases.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- An hourly rate of 11.66p/h.
- This is a temporary role with potential for extension.
- You will be part of a dedicated team, working in a supportive environment.
