Job Description

  • Efficiently organise and manage administrative tasks.
  • Provide support to the department and assist in the coordination of projects.
  • Manage correspondence and communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparation of necessary materials.
  • Manage filing systems and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and expense reporting.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Administrator Should Have

  • A strong background in administrative roles, preferably within the Public Sector and Government industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including databases.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
