Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation who have sites across the UK. Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit an Administrator to join the organisation immediately.As an Administrator you will work as part of a specialist department to assist the team with all round administration tasks:As an Administrator you will be responsible for:Supporting a specialist team with all round administration, to ensure services are carried out to a high quality and tasks run smoothly.

You'll be handling invoices, processing payments, and raising purchase orders in a timely manner. Within this role, you will liaise between external and internal departments, customers and third parties - so must feel confident and comfortable in your communication skills. Key duties include: To support a team with all round administrative tasks.

To manage a busy internal inbox and emails with professionalism. Raising purchase orders with third parties and suppliers. Liaising with other specialist teams to resolve customer queries.

Attend regular meetings to provide additional administrative support. Monitor invoices awaiting payment, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner. Ensure timely payments of the suppliers and contractors.

Raise queries and issues regarding payments, invoicing, and purchase orders. Communicating with customers, contractors, and other departments in the business. Cross checking invoice reports.

Reporting and documenting spending within the team.The ideal Administrator will have/be: Experience of providing administrative support in a diverse setting. Evidence of data entry experience.

Demonstrates competence in the use of a wide range of I.T. based systems but particularly Microsoft suite of applications, including Word and Excel. Demonstrates an ability to work within systems and procedures and record information accurately.

Strong communication skills when liaising with internal/external departments, customers and third parties. Excellent attention to detail. A team player that can prioritise workloads and adapt between tasks.INDDYN.
