My manufacturing client is looking for an experienced IT BA to join a major project looking at manufacturing and supply chain systems.

You will have direct responsibility for:

• Capture and document solution requirements on strategic innovation / PaaS technology enabled platforms and products.
• Define IT solutions to meet business requirements and priorities
• Supplier validation and inputs to decision on selection
• Validation of solutions and architecture against IT Principles
• Act as SME in the delivery of projects

Essential Skills

• 5-10 years excperience as an agile BA
• Knowledge of AWS, MES, SaaS, ERP, or CRM from a BA perspective
• Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operational systems and processes experience in a B2B manufacturing/IOT environment
• Experience in Manufacturing Systems in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment (SAP, MES, PLCDCS)

• Expertise in business analysis, requirements management and business process mapping
• Experience of agile methodologies, software development life cycle, and product innovation
• Understanding of data integration, modelling and relational databases
• Exposure to Software-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service and AWS Cloud environment
• Clear Analytical Thinking and experience in Business Process Modelling
• Dealing with ambiguity
• Stakeholder management & influencing skills
• Excellent problem solvingproblem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global matrix organisation
• Open to travel

Key Duties

• Responsible for business analysis, requirements management and business process mapping for Packaging-as-a-Service platforms and products.
• Translate the business requirements into quality technology platform/ product solutions
• Identify all data requirements and interfaces and translate to functional specification.
• Support technology vendor and delivery partner evaluation and selection, RFI/ RFP preparation and analysis and statement of work preparation
• Support business case development and stage gate success criteria for new products from a digital and technology perspective. Support the creation of relevant sales and marketing materials in relation to digital and technology enabled products.
• Provide ongoing quality assurance through iterative test planning and execution through the life-cycle of the project, including value realisation validation.
• Support preparation of internal and external (customer) training and sales and Marketing materials as appropriate.

This role uses a hybrid model with a mixture of WFH and travel to sites in the South East
