Long-term contract position for a technically-minded Architect working outside of IR35 to help lead on the stage 3/4/5 delivery of a prestigious hotel/resort.

The focus of the work is split into envelope and interior packages (applicants can specialize in either), previous UK experience of which is essential. Working in a senior role and interacting on a daily basis with the contractor team, the right candidate will be well versed with the construction process including RFI's, Technical Submissions, Contractor/ Sub-Contractor meetings, package tendering, site inspections and snagging. Proficiency with revit and autocad is required for this contract.
