The Role

As the Finance Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, particularly with different vendors and finance teams, to streamline financial operations and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly close process, focusing on studio inputs and ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with various departments and teams to oversee vendor invoicing, purchase orders, accruals, and financial analysis during monthly, quarterly, and yearly close cycles.
  • Resolve procurement issues related to purchase orders, payments, vendor on-boarding, and one-time vendor payments in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and maintain accuracy of invoices for key development partners.
  • Generate and maintain reports on current spending with key development partners.
  • Manage the monthly accruals process for live purchase orders, ensuring accurate representation and advising on accruals for Finance Managers.
  • Review and troubleshoot close files, rectifying errors to maintain clean and accurate financial positions.
  • Produce reports on budget/forecast variances, backed by comprehensive analysis.
  • Develop and operate a comprehensive "support request" system, including vendor on-boarding, purchase order management, and resolution of payment issues.
