A national housebuilder with a 5star build rating is looking for an experienced Assistant Site manager to join their development close to Thirsk and North Yorkshire, working closely with the Senior Site Manager and the NHBC.
Your new role
In your new role as an Assistant Site Manager, you will be working closely with the existing site team to ensure the project runs to programme and cost.
Managing subcontractors
Liaising with the NHBC
Create and manage snagging lists

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need a solid background in housebuilding and be able to provide recent references, you will have a minimum SSSTS qualification with first aid and CSCS
What you\'ll get in return
