Title: Business Analyst

Location: Glasgow - once per week to Office

Duration: 6 months Contract

Overview:

Seeking a skilled Agile Business Analyst to join scrum our value stream for an initial six months, focusing on improving and/or automating processes that span multiple departments.
This role requires an individual who has an experienced background in HR process improvement, combines a strong character with the ability to understand and translate team needs into clear, actionable tasks, using Agile practices to ensure smooth project progress.

Required Skills:
. Have an experienced background in HR process improvement, specifically in employee onboarding and offboarding.

. Be able to demonstrate ability to foster consensus among diverse teams. This position necessitates strong skills in gathering comprehensive business requirements and translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria.

. Able to demonstrate the use of Azure DevOps to manage and organise work items, including Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks, contributing to effective and efficient project management.

. Experience in process automation would be highly advantageous
