Core Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Capital Change Delivery: Spearhead and oversee Regulatory Capital Change Delivery initiatives, demonstrating a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as FinRep, CoRep, IFRS9, and Basel 3, and ensuring successful and compliant project execution.
• Thorough Requirement Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements within the context of Regulatory Capital, identifying gaps and proposing effective solutions to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain transparent communication channels with stakeholders, fostering a thorough understanding of project objectives, progress, and potential challenges related to Regulatory Capital.
• Change Management Leadership: Drive and facilitate Change Management processes, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to implement strategic changes aligned with Regulatory Capital requirements.
• Documentation and Compliance: Develop meticulous documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and regulatory compliance documentation, ensuring precision and completeness in all aspects.
