Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Data Improvements work within the Operating Model Optimisation workstream of the Advice Transformation Programme. The ideal candidate should have Financial Services experience, data analysis expertise, and experience of working on projects for financial planning companies.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
Analyse data to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Financial Services experience.
Data analysis expertise.
Experience of working on projects for financial planning companies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
