The role: Business Systems Analyst (IT Supply Chain)

Business: Global Media Tech

Contract: 12 months - with a strong possibility of extension

Salary: 80k to 90k basic (DOE) PAYE/paid weekly/within IR35

Location: Central London HYBRID (min 3 days per week onsite) Candidates must be fully clear to work in the UK without the need to relocation / visa sponsorship

About the role:

Building integrated, scalable, and robust processes and systems to manage planning & inventory life cycle. This role is suitable for an experienced individual that can support in day to day operation for tooling and process

Job Responsibilities:

• Operation support & process improvement support
• Monitoring of dashboards, adding incident tags, extracting data & reporting for tooling health
• Create/maintain tooling manuals (workflows/tagging etc)
• Provision of Tier 1 support for IT supply chain tooling
• Escalation of Tier 2 issues to respective teams

Required Skills and Experience:

• You ll have at least 5 years minimum relevant experience within a similar role, within an IT Supply Chain environment < this is a necessity
• You ll have strong, relevant System/Tooling implementation experience
• You ll have some project management in system implementation & experience in UAT
• Strong data analysis skills (using dashboards to analyse data)
• Proven experience with cross-functional team working
