You should have experience working in a regulated industry with Internal Change Management of IT systems. Wider Business and Transformational Change is key.

The organisation is going through a period of transformation and growth. Due to this there is significant change required on how they grow, resulting in internal change projects that will impact on processes and IT systems.

A Project Manager is required to be responsible for effective/efficient delivery of these internal transformation projects to the achieve agreed outcomes to time, cost and quality objectives. Adopting a flexible delivery strategy to ensure a successful outcome / output for the organisation.

Principal Accountabilities:

Key Expectations of the Job Holder
Delivery of projects/programmes providing a fit for purpose flexible solution and ultimately a service that meets the needs of the business line, its customers, and stakeholders to get the required output/outcome in a proactive manner.
Reporting from a project/programme perspective on delivery of inflight projects/programmes - costs of delivery vs budget/management of key risks / opportunities.
Work collaboratively with the commercial dept to understand delivery contracts and what does this mean from a project/programme delivery perspective.
Work closely with the project controls team to establish schedule, estimate, risk and the monitoring of these to aid effective delivery putting in mitigation measures if and where necessary.
Work closely with internal clients giving feedback via project meetings and or programme boards where appropriate.
Provide LFE and receive project performance commentary from internal customers, take feedback on board and provide necessary actions to address areas of concern in delivery.
Could deputise for the programme manager (Business Partner) in their absence.
Support and mentor junior team members of the projects team.
