Role Accountabilities{{:}}
- A highly experienced category marketing expert, you will be the owner of the Fragrance and Holiday category across our home market.
- Your role will be centred around translating the global category strategy and NPD launch plans into regional go-to-market plans, leading these programmes end-to-end and having full ownership of category performance
- You will take an all-of-category approach, driving results for NPD, Core, Services and PRO-Tech Tools
- Track and analyse CT, market, and brand health data and trends to inform strategy and decision making, and regularly cascade updates to the business
- As the regional champion for your category, collaborate across Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Communications, Commercial, REOP and Digital teams to develop integrated plans, and mobilise behind the common goals and strategy set out by you
- Collaborate and support Commercial team to develop NPD and category-level demand plans, aligned to Category strategy and marketing plans, striving for forecast accuracy
- Work closely with the Global Product Marketing Team to influence and inform campaigns and innovation pipeline, to suit UK market nuance
- Bring thought-leadership and digital excellence to innovative and disruptive brand activity to raise total brand awareness, identifying best practices across the industry and opportunities to increase Charlotte Tilbury share of voice and ranking, with a strong lens on driving the best omnichannel customer experience
- Collaborate with the Senior Media Manager on the media strategy, planning and buying for your category.
- Support in continuing to establish clear processes within the UK team to ensure 'world-class' delivery is achieved across the region, particularly focusing on cross functional & regional collaboration
- Drive the planning, approval & follow-up of key projects to gain alignment from all key internal & external stakeholders
- Contribute to accurate budget forecasting and actualisation of the regional marketing budget in line with sales targets
- Prior Marketing experience gained within beauty or retail, previous Fragrance experience beneficial
- Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair
- Very strong experience & knowledge in category marketing
- Able to balance the strategic, creative, commercial and customer-centric
- Excellent digital & online marketing skills
- A credible and persuasive influencer and communicator at all levels who integrates the team
- Autonomous, structed and organised with strong personal leadership and attention to detail
- Pro-active go-getter with growth mindset and professional attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail
