Job Description: The role is for a Class 3 Building Control Surveyor based in London, working as part of the HRB team. The position involves managing one's own diary with a hybrid working arrangement of two days in the office. It is a rolling three-month contract with the first six months guaranteed, offering a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building control surveys and inspections.
- Manage own diary and schedule for site visits.
- Collaborate with the HRB team on building control matters.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
Skills Required:
- Qualified Building Control Surveyor (Class 3).
- Experience in building control and compliance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
