  • Architect AI/ML-powered agent systems for customer support, network monitoring, and predictive maintenance.
  • Engage directly with telecom clients to assess business and technical requirements and translate them into robust cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable deployment pipelines and AI integration.
  • Lead workshops, architecture reviews, and governance assessments with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and high availability for mission-critical telecom applications.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture / solution engineering, with at least 3 years in the telecommunications domain.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise in vector similarity search systems such as ScaNN, FAISS, Pinecone, or Vespa.
  • Experience designing intelligent agent frameworks using tools like Dialogflow, LangChain, or custom orchestration pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of telecom OSS/BSS systems, 5G architecture, and network data processing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI/ML services, especially Vertex AI (Workbench, Training, Prediction, Pipelines, Feature Store).
  • Proficiency in Python and strong experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Experience with data engineering and building robust data pipelines for AI/ML workloads on GCP (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow).
  • Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, neural networks, NLP, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for deploying, managing, and monitoring ML models in production.
  • Strong experience designing and deploying GCP-based solutions, including use of Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, and GKE.
  • Fluency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Deployment Manager, or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for building innovative and impactful AI solutions.
  • Google Professional Cloud Architect.
