About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Commissioning Shift Team Leader to join the EPC Contractor on a fast-paced new build Waste to Energy facility based in Grangemouth.

The Commissioning Shift Team Leader role comes with a rate of 450-500 Per Day.

Key skills:

  • Ensure that risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed with regards to HSE requirements, and that work is carried out in accordance with the RAMS.
  • Responsible for the safety and HSE performance of all personnel under his control, and for stopping work where this might be compromised.
  • Prepare and issue permits to Work and system isolations for works within the shift.
  • Ensure that works within area of responsibility are executed in accordance with the contract and conform with project time requirements.
  • Independently operate, monitor, and maintain systems according to the scope of responsibility, in the control room and on site
  • Update and maintain shift logs and maintenance regimes.
  • Liaise and coordinate with other project team members, in particular the Commissioning Manager and Commissioning Lead Engineers
  • Deliver Lessons Learned and feedback for current and future projects.
  • Keep the Commissioning Manager / Site Manager informed of all site-related activities.

Location, remuneration and timeframe of the Commissioning Maintenance Engineer role:

  • Grangemouth
  • 12 Months Minimum
  • Outside IR35
