We have a new opportunity for a Compliance and Facilities Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis for up to 12 months.

We are embracing hybrid working and If you are successful you can work from home most of the time if you wish, but youll occasionally need to attend our sites for collaborative working and to forge great relationships with others.

What You'll Do

Youll provide effective, efficient and responsive customer service, advice and administration support to our Assurance and Health & Safety Team.

Youll confidently liaise with contractors, surveyors, contract holders, operatives and suppliers, acting as the main point of contact and dealing with any enquiries, in a timely and appropriate manner.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who really wants to make a positive difference to the services we provide and the lives of our customers.

What You'll Need

Were looking for someone who is committed to helping us deliver an excellent service by pro-actively supporting our customer service and administration provision.

To succeed in this role, youll be confident with using Outlook, Excel and Word, as well as other systems and databases.

Previous experience within housing and management systems is desirable.
