Hays Education are representing a Leicester based sixth form college that are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Computer Science Teacher to join their team on a full-time & long-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality computer science education to KS4&5 students.

As this is a long term job, full teaching responsibilities will be required, including planning and marking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering computer science lessons to KS4 & KS5 students
• Preparing lesson plans and course materials
• Assessing student performance and providing feedback
• Providing guidance and support to students
• Participating in departmental meetings and events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.)
• Experience teaching computer science at the sixth form level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and learning
