A large MSP I am working with is currently looking for an experienced Connectivity Engineer to join their team based in Liverpool. This will be a hybrid-remote position with 2 days a week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Place provisioning orders
• Manage technical enquiries
• Provide day-to-day support to existing customers
• Log customer support issues
• Configuration and implementation of complex provision products
• Develop internal databases to improve retention
• Producing LLD

Requirements:

• CRM/ServiceNow Task Management
• Fibre Lease Line
• MPLS
• SDWAN
• Horizon, 8x8, 1Cloud (beneficial)
