Job Description: The role of Contract Azure Cloud Operations Engineer involves working on a high-impact project focused on data retention within a SaaS platform, requiring NPPV3 and SC clearance. The position is hands-on and based in Southampton, where the engineer will collaborate with the Cloud Operations Lead to define and validate data retention rules. Candidates must have extensive Azure experience and be detail-oriented, contributing to a project that supports UK law enforcement. This is a two-month contract with an outside IR35 status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, test, and validate data retention rules based on customer-specific logic.
- Review outputs and investigate anomalies using custom-built tools and Azure services.

Skills Required:
- Extensive experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure.
