An innovative manufacturer in the Cardiff area require a contract Project Manager on an initial 6-month contract to project manage a new NPD project/product from initial concept through to market. The contract Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the project, liaising with third party manufacturers and mapping critical paths, pinch points, and resource issues to highlight and propose solutions to ensure project remains on schedule and runs as smoothly as possible.

The contract will likely be outside IR35.



Experience / skills:



Experienced Project Manager with extensive experience of taking products through NPD and NPI – i.e. taking products from “cradle to grave”

Ideally Prince 2 / APM qualified

Experience mapping critical paths of projects/products, charting timelines for several projects, pinch points and resource issues to highlight and propose solutions to reduce project timelines
