Leading Managed Services Provider in the IT Sector require a skilled Creative Designer to join their successful Practice on an Contract basis.

Experience Required:

Work with business leaders, marketing professionals, creatives, partner agencies, sales and bid directors to develop content from concept to customer
Set creative direction and assure the quality of production
As part of a senior team, lead global delivery
Work as part of the Senior Creative team to cover service XLA's and SLA's
Develop and implement concepts for creative campaigns and oversee to completion
Lead team brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas and direct the team
Nurture talent and manage performance and professional development of the creative team
Ensure work is high-quality and impactful

Strategic thinking - design and implementation of creative strategy, directing production to ensure business requirements are met

High degree of literacy
Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite and applications. You are confident, proficient and fast in the use of software.

Proven experience of managing and leading creatives
Multi-skilled in content creation, digital design and branding
