p>Harris Global are currently recruiting for a CRM Administrator to join a marketing leading organisation on an initial 3 month contract in their London office 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for 1st/2nd line support and working with 3rd party vendors.
- Monitors help desk queues to deliver internal customer satisfaction.
- Work with Sales Directors and their teams on CRM Sales pipeline queries/guidance/training
- Carry out UAT testing on code drops into the CRM for known functionality improvements and maintenance requirements.
- Help plan carry out UAT testing on all changes to CRM integrations.
- Aid in 1st/2nd line troubleshooting of integrations into the CRM, end to end
- Manage ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) requests in/out of the CRM.
- Configuring the CRM with updates involved in an Event lifecycle (cloning events/processes/product updates for new event editions)
- Help and improve data governance of the CRM and associated systems.
- Provide on-site support at events for the Event Operation and Sales teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
Skills:
- Dynamics 365 CRM Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Global mindset, able to operate within a team of international
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with international exposure
- Understanding of typical sales pipelines/funnels deployed on CRM technologies
