Location: London - Hybrid 12 Month Fix term contract

Role Overview:

This role requires working closely with our in-house development team, and stakeholders of all levels, to meet business needs and improve the platform.
This role focusses on the delivery of global technical changes, and stakeholder across EMEA business teams
The CRM Manager will be based in London and will be responsible for delivering regional and global change to our growing user base of users.
The role requires an experienced Salesforce expert who can lead and run a successful capability alongside the Head of CRM and manage the backlog tightly to define and deliver change.
This role includes management of a small team of business analyst/s.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Work with the Head of CRM to define and deliver the CRM Roadmap.
- Manage the CRM backlog ensuring it is prioritised in line with business priorities and complete ahead of planning sessions.
- Build relationships with key Sales stakeholders to understand their CRM needs and challenges.
- Demo to senior stakeholders (C-Suite level)
- Set direction and expectations of projects and ensure the team are equipped to deliver.
- Be a Salesforce advocate and point of contact across the Client Group.

Experience and Qualifications:
- 3-5+ Years experience as a Salesforce professional (Required)
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role (Required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)
- Strong data and analytics skills (Required)
- Strong project management skills (Required)
- Salesforce Certification (Required) - For example, Admin, Sales Consultant, Business Analyst.
- Experience of working in financial services or similar industry (Preferred)
