Customer Retention Marketing Manager

Adecco are recruiting to work on site with our prestigious client for a Customer Retention Marketing Manager.

Location:Crewe - Pyms Ln, Crewe, CW1 3PL

Hours: 37 Hours a week.

Contract Duration: 6 Months

This evolved role is responsible for leading the global Customer Acquisition and Retention dialogue marketing strategy - that is, attracting new customers and retaining the ones we have. The role requires complex planning with the Regions to achieve targets while ensuring that the global brand strategy is supported at Regional level.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead the global planning and development of the Customer Acquisition Launch dialogue marketing strategy, delivering appropriate Regional solutions to meet the complexities of global markets.
  2. Drive the strategic development and activation of the Bentley Brand Partnership Strategy.
  3. Lead planning, development and execution of the Customer Acquisition and Retention dialogue marketing strategy across all international markets ensuring appropriate integrated multi-regional solutions for customer, launch and event dialogue communication.
  4. Close integration with the CRM function to plan targeting protocol, segmentation, reporting and analysis for Central and Regional acquisition, retention and launch activities.
  5. Single point of contact for customer acquisition routes and sources e.g. list acquisition, dealer prospecting and brand partner data segmentation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


  • Ability to engage and influence at a senior level operationally and in delivering communications.
  • Effective at managing multiple projects involving a number of internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Clear ability to self-start, demonstrate ability to be proactive and take initiative.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and obtain buy-in for concepts, business plans and project proposals at all levels of management.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of regional differences and complexities when developing and executing the global strategy in market.
  • Effective in delivering bespoke solutions for regional teams to support immediate market challenges.
  • To work under pressure and to respond professionally.
