• Proven experience working as a Cyber Awareness Manager in a commercial environment, with a focus on Information Security
• A strong Portfolio of previous work in delivering large Security Awareness Programmes
• Understanding of technologies and processes for Awareness training
• Proven ability to champion best practice around Cyber Awareness and Information Security
• Passion for changing Cyber and Security culture within organisations
• Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management skills
• Experience of providing project and programme updates and plans to senior leadership teams
• Working knowledge of delivering Cyber Awareness training sessions
• Experience of working closely with creating and sending out companywide communications
• Hands-on, proactive approach to work
• Ability to travel on-site (London) 2 days per week

• Exposure to security learning management systems eg, KnowBe4
