Job Description: The D365 Finance & Operations Systems Administrator is responsible for administering and maintaining D365 F&O environments, ensuring optimal system performance and user access. This contract role, based in Central London with hybrid working arrangements, offers a competitive daily rate and the potential for permanent conversion. The position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance business processes and system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain D365 F&O environments, including system configuration, user access, and security roles.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Microsoft support when needed.
  • Manage updates, patches, and hotfixes through Lifecycle Services (LCS).
  • Support integrations with third-party systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support business processes and system enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O administration.
  • Strong understanding of security roles, workflows, and system architecture.
