This is an exciting opportunity that requires a lot of interaction with internal and external business partners to cleanse / validate / input the mandatory product data across 3 core systems. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Drive excellence and ensure continuous improvement in quality of data through cleansing and best practices for data construction.
• Manage data requests in support of business processes and new product sales initiatives.
• Provide input into the development of PIM (Product information Management) data collection templates and workflows.
• Work collaboratively as a data steward within teams to ensure clear understanding of business requirements that are managed in concert with PIM data.
• Partner with the product introduction team to ensure all new products have required product data and available for data utilisation (e.g. product printing) before launch date.
• Apply detailed rules and requirements around product data and contribute to the development and enforcement of governance standards.
• Testing of minor change requests or projects with minor PIM related changes.

Skills required

• 1+ years of relevant experience in data analytics across Retail / Manufacturing categories
• Experience with a product information management (PIM) system.
• Collaboration experience with different teams and departments to provide expertise and insight.
• Strong Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented and a strict attention and appreciation for deadlines.
