This is a fantastic HR Data Analyst opportunity to join a leading tech organisation.

The HR Data Analyst position is Hybrid - with 3 days a week in either the London or Bracknell office. (There are likely to be an occasional visits to either)

The HR Data Analyst is Outside IR35

As HR Data Analyst you will join an existing, established Analytics Team - focussed on HR/People Business Information. The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for producing reports and insights for senior stakeholders with strong Power BI skills being essential. As HR Data Analyst the ability to produce reports and analyse HR/People data is essential. Solid knowledge of data models and structures are required as HR Data Analyst as are Power Query and Power Pivot. The HR Data Analyst will also advise on trends and insights from the data they have analysed, so strong communication and presentation skills are essential. Previous HR focussed experience as a Data Analyst is essential as is some Financial Services or similar industry experience. Knowledge of NetSuite, Workday or similar is essential as HR Data Analyst.
