Data Engineer - Snowflake / AWS - Financial Markets

A leading financial markets firm are expanding their data engineering function and have an opportunity for a data engineer specialising in Snowflake and Amazon RDS to build data solutions in a cloud-native environment.

You will have deep experience in Snowflake and Amazon RDS, ideally within a financial markets environment, with a solid experience in ETIL pipeline design and development, data solutioning and modelling, and SQL/MSSQL server-based data design and manipulation.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

• Very strong Snowflake (table/schema design+deployment+Snowpipe) experience
• Strong AWS Cloud and related ETL experience (S3, Mountpoint, Lambda, RDS)
• Strong SQL And MS SQL Server experience
• Financial markets experience is preferred
• Degree educated or higher (engineering or related) from a leading academic institution

This is a heavily office-based role, in London, at 600-650/day PAYE (c. 750 umbrella)
