Due to the start-up nature of the business, and although this role is focusses on data privacy, insurance and technology law, you may be asked to advise on other areas of law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert legal advice on data protection, insurance, and technology law matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conducting legal research, and staying updated on industry regulations and trends.
• Advising on compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
• Representing clients in negotiations and dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address legal issues arising in the business.

Qualifications required:

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience, with a focus on data protection, insurance, and technology law.
• Fluent in French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the data protection, insurance, and technology sectors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
