Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of service users needs

Requirements
Qualified Adult Social Worker
A recognized Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
Extensive experience in assessments
Dedication to person-centered and strengths-based approaches
Strong communication and teamwork skills
