Key Responsibilities



       Support and consult market CJM and Marketing strategy concerning digital media activities, budget and project planning according to a defined European process. For C1-DE incl. offline media.



       Steer and monitor the execution of online awareness campaigns, incl. the online media strategy, media planning and operation. Due to the large variation of topics and the fact that a large number of markets and local media agencies can commission digital media, it is necessary to ensure quality standards of media planning, purchasing and booking in each market.



       Concept, plan and execute campaigns in social media for awareness.



       Steer translation and provision of digital assets incl Data-driven optimization of digital assets and define requirements for additional assets and formats for media booking.



       Adapt CB-30/-31 blueprint to markets (legal) necessities and requirements.



       Define and set challenging targets jointly with CJM to secure best results for awareness campaigns.



       Ensure data-based optimization (A/B tests) of media selection & booking (incl. enhancement of assets) regarding the objectives of the different campaigns.



       Align digital media activities with offline media activities of the markets.



Qualifications/Experience



       Studies in business administration, business analytics, computer science, with a specialization in marketing, consumer research.



       At least 5 years of work experience, and min. 2-3 years relevant and practical experience in media operations across different channels and esp. in digital marketing desirable



       Strong driver of change and experienced in transformation projects



       Knowledge in (media) agency steering and media processes.



       Understanding of awareness campaign processes (e.g. segments, affinity models)



       Open and curious mind eager to learn and to play in a team.



       Good understanding of the global (digital) media landscape, incl. social media, native and display publishers.



       Understanding of the digital user journeys, coupled with a proven customer/ consumer focus



       Conversion Rate Optimisation: you understand and anticipate customer needs, build testing & personalisation roadmaps, advise on and build audience segments, guide on data to collect and use, and execute the tests for statistical results through multiple channels



       Ability to work collaboratively and with discipline in an international environment.



       Ability and assertiveness to implement processes towards internal and external interfaces.



       Sensitive to cultures and diversity in European markets.



       Affinity for data-driven decision making and strong in problem-solving with a hands-on mentality.



       Strong communication skills and fluent in English, other languages desirable.
