Our Global Enterprise Client is looking for a Lead PMO to join their prestigious team.
Governance Meetings & Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
Lead, organize, and facilitate all governance meetings, ensure meetings align with agendas and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule and coordinate meetings efficiently and consolidation of actions/risks/issues/actions to provide trends maintaining a portfolio RAID. Capture detailed and accurate minutes for all governance meetings. Summarize discussions, decisions, and action items.
Portfolio Meeting Decks & Action Item Tracking:
Work closely with workstream leads and program managers to prepare key governance meeting presentations. Ensure meeting decks are up-to-date and align with organizational goals. Maintain a comprehensive action item log stemming from governance meetings, actively follow up on action items, ensuring timely completion. Collaborate closely with workstream leads and program managers to monitor progress.
Data and Trend Analysis
Conduct comprehensive data analysis and trend assessments to support project management activities within the VDO. Collect, organize, and analyse project-related data to identify patterns, performance metrics, and key trends, offering valuable insights for decision-making. Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to present data-driven analyses to the VDO team, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 130 days (initially)
Rate: up to 334 per day Depending on experience (please note, Employer NI is paid for by the client)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Corsham/Farnborough
NOTE: Active DV Clearance is highly desirable.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in project management or VDO roles, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (eg, Agile, Waterfall).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive attitude towards compliance issues.
- Experience working on a complex storage migration programme.
Soft Skills:
- Skilled user of Microsoft applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to escalate issues effectively.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills and attention to detail.
