DV Network Engineer

Job Description: Experienced Network Engineer required for a 6-month contract in a secure and complex environment. The role involves managing and optimizing high-performance networks using enterprise-grade equipment and tools. Candidates must hold active DV clearance and be sole British nationals. The position is on-site and offers a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize high-performance networks using enterprise-grade kit and tools.
• Configure Cisco/Juniper firewalls, routers, and datacentre switches.
• Oversee WAN management and performance monitoring.
• Work with Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), VMware ESXi, SANs, and VDI.

Skills Required:

• Strong TCP/IP, OSI model, routing (OSPF/BGP), tunnelling protocols.
• CCNA/CCNP certification.
• 5+ years of experience in secure networks.
• Active DV clearance.
• Sole British national with UK work eligibility.
• Desirable: EVPN-VXLAN, Load Balancers.
