Business Analyst required for a leading client based in Birmingham. My client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to come on board to join the Change Delivery Team, contributing to the implementation if business change initiatives within either a product team, project, or program. Leveraging diverse analysis skills, you will be involved in delivering a spectrum of change initiatives, ranging from small changes and agile continuous improvement to large-scale waterfall projects.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Strong Business Analyst experience
• Heavy Dynamics 365 CRM/CE background
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis/technical analysis roles
• Evaluate technical, business, and regulatory needs, identify potential business opportunities and transform them into user stories spanning business, systems, NFRs, data and products
• Conduct thorough gap analyses of processes and systems affected by changes
• Manage requirement changes using effective change control processes
• Utilise conflict resolution and negotiation techniques to ensure solutions align with business needs
• Develop and maintain traceability across requirement versions
• Comfortable translating business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements
• Familitary with Microsoft D365 (CE) & Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices and ways of working
