Job Description: The eCommerce Manager role involves leading the strategy for a rapidly evolving eCommerce platform within a leading company undergoing significant digital transformation. The position requires a hands-on, delivery-focused professional to unify and enhance the digital commerce experience following recent acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce and be able to drive immediate impact. This role is hybrid, requiring presence in the Leeds area for 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our eCommerce platform strategy during a period of rapid change.
  • Consolidate product and service offerings from multiple businesses into a single digital storefront.
  • Optimise conversion, customer journeys, merchandising, and digital performance.
  • Collaborate across product, marketing, brand, and tech to bring the eCommerce roadmap to life.
  • Leverage data and insight to drive commercial decisions and continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

  • A seasoned eCommerce Manager with a track record of delivering in fast-paced, transformation-heavy environments.
  • Strong experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Confident working across multiple brands or business units post-acquisition or within complex ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce UX, CRO, analytics, and digital product presentation.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make things happen quickly.
