Your new role
As an ER Advisor/ ER Specialist, you will be part of a small HR team and reporting in to a Senior HR BP, responsible for managing a production site:
Duties will include:
Managing all ER cases from end-end, disciplinaries, grievances, long and short term sickness absence cases, performance management, maternity, paternity and flexible working.
Guiding, coaching and delivering training to managers on HR best practice.
Managing restructures and redundancies if required.
Updating HR policies and procedures.
This role is based on site 5 days per week in Northampton.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You must have experience as an ER Advisor / ER Specialist, or as an HR Advisor who has managed large volumes of ER cases and managed complex ER cases from end-end. You must be available with no more than 1 month\'s notice. You must be happy to work on site 5 days per week.
