Role : Executive Assistant to Supply Chain executive

Project: Contract

Location: Northwich, England, United Kingdom


Summary:

Manage an extremely active calendar including contradictory requests and time zone differences

React to calendar changes and liaise with relevant parties to find alternative solutions

Prioritize and schedule business meetings and conference calls with multiple stakeholders around the Globe

Arrange complex travel arrangements and respond to any last-minute travel issues such as cancellations

Liaising with business partners and colleagues, thereby ensuring clear communication between all internal and external interfaces

Organizing internal and external meetings, conferences, workshops, team events and preparation of accompanying material

Handle travel expenses and invoices on a timely manner

As key requisitioner, create purchase orders and set up new vendors when needed

Review and prepare miscellaneous reports, presentations and documents

File documents in an efficient manner while ensuring absolute data confidentiality

Support communications - maintain SC Europe distribution lists, send out SC communications
