The Role

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and submission of month end actuals results within the agreed timescales.
• Act as the direct liaison between the Regional Facility Managers and offshore accounting team (India) to ensure property costs are being recorded correctly, variances to budget are understood, and invoices are paid on time.
• Balance sheet management and review of reconciliations performed by the offshore accounting team ensuring everything is prepared in line with Group Policies.
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts and providing in depth analysis on a property level for reporting to senior management in the UK and US.
• Monthly review of actual performance versus budget on a property level and providing meaningful commentary explaining variances.
• Support preparation of interim/final statutory accounts as required.
• Support preparation of annual tax questionnaires and quarterly VAT returns as required.

Your Profile

• You will need to be a strong Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner with extensive management accounting experience.
