Located in Canterbury City Centre.

As a Finance Business Partner:

• You will work closely with the senior management and the operational teams to provide financial analysis, advice and support.
• You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and cost savings initiatives

Finance Business Partner Duties:

• Analyse financial data and performance indicators to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts and budgets to senior management and other relevant parties
• Provide recommendations and advice on financial matters such as cost reduction, revenue enhancement, investment appraisal and resource allocation
• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives
• Communicate and liaise with internal and external auditors, regulators, tax authorities and other financial professionals
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies and procedures

To be successful in this role as a Finance Business Partner, you will need to have a relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), as well as proven experience in a similar  Finance Business Partner role. You will also need to have excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure.
