Reporting into the CFO, this is an extremely commercial role involving forecasting and planning, modelling/valuations and business partnering. Providing keen strategic insights and partnering with key stakeholders to drive business performance, this role requires a dynamic and collaborative finance professional with strong interpersonal, communication and analysis skills. Real Estate expertise and an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) are essential. The ideal candidate will have strong technical background and demonstrable analytical and strategic skills.
