Human Resources Manager - Interim

South London

26 - 31 per hour (Band 7)

Cobalt recruitment have an exciting interim hybrid position (3 days in office per week) based in the South London area. An NHS trust has an excellent opportunity for an Human Resources manager to join the service.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR experience with knowledge of employment law and a high ability to problem solve. Candidates will need to support a number of complex, organisational change/ TUPE programmes.

Desirable, for candidates to have previous NHS experience due to the nature of the role.

Main Duties:

• The ability to provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees in accordance with relevant legislation

• Be able to effectively manage competing demands, priorities tasks appropriately and have good attention to detail.

• Providing support to senior managers and teams in regards to organizational change and TUPE
