The Finance Manager will have line management of small team tasked with the accurate and timely production of management accounts, whilst directly supporting the CFO with budget and forecast analysis, business performance reports and year end prep. This is a busy hands-on role, working with non-finance areas of the business to drive performance and profitability. A strong background in a multisite, high transactions environment will be a great platform for this role.

The Finance Manager will be paying between 55k and 60k on a 12 month fixed term basis, based in Bristol the role offers WFH 2 or 3 days week.

This role will suit someone with previous line management experience with a good grasp of FP&A and management accounts.

Key responsibilities Include:

• Management of a small team producing monthly accounts
• Period end accruals and prepayments, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliation
• Support with year-end preparation and budget setting
• Leadership and development of the team
• Production of board reports, commentary and analysis
• Year end audit prep
• Monthly payroll journal posting and reconciliation
• Partnering with non-finance functions to deliver companywide projects

About your experience

• CIMA/ACCA Qualified
• Previous line management experience
• High proficiency In systems and Excel
• Experience in a Multi-site, high transactions company
• Confident communicator, able to deliver reports to all levels of the business
• High attention to detail
