Finance Project Manager - Lloyd's / London Market Insurance - Contract - Outside IR35 - Hybrid work

Cloud-native organization within the Lloyd's Insurance market is looking for a Project Manager to manage & deliver allocated finance projects within the company's project portfolio & will be working on building out & adopting a suite of additional core systems for the organization's finance function.

This is an Outside IR35 contract for an initial term of 6 months with an ASAP start date & paying £650-£750 per day.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the project scope, schedule, deliverables & working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs & expectations
• Producing project plans by identifying workstreams, tasks, interdependencies, key milestones & critical paths for delivery
• Reporting, analysing, & resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders, & project operations that may impact service quality
• Accessing, communicating & managing risks & dependencies
• Tracking project financials including actuals & forecasts against approved budget

Requirements:

• Experience as Project Manager in Lloyd's / London Market Insurance
• Experience in mobilising & delivering complex finance-oriented technology implementation projects across vendor system implementation, integration, & custom build solution
• Proven track-record in working within the full lifecycle of software implementation projects & enhancement projects
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
• Knowledge/ experience with using Phinsys will be an advantage
• Proven ability to influence & negotiate scope & finances
• Strong relationship management skills across all levels of the business
