Salary: 50,000-60,000 pro rata

Trinity House Group have partnered with a growing education organisation in city centre Birmingham, looking for a fully Qualified Finance Professional. This is not a line management position, this is a broad technical role.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the month-end timetable and provide support in budget setting.
• VAT returns.
• Supporting the Director of Finance.
• Cash Management.
• Using PSF system, IMP (forecasting), RS financial planner system.
• Capital accounting responsibilities.
• Support in implementing suitable financial monitoring procedures to ensure adherence to financial policies and protocols.
• Provide finance training where required.
• IT Planning.

Qualifications/ Experience

• Full Qualification (ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA)
• A strong attention to detail is essential.
• Experience working on a balance sheet.
• Public Sector background is desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience leading central finance operations.
