Job Description
The German speaking Senior Legal Counsel position based in High Wycombe will involve the following responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate a range of different commercial contracts
- Be the main point of contact for German speaking markets
- Support internal teams with marketing and promotional incentives; including Terms & Conditions and POS materials
- Provide support with litigation matters
- Support different stakeholders across the business
- Identify any legal risks
- Communication with external lawyers when required
