About the JobWe're looking for a talented mid-level graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create engaging collateral that stands out in the FinTech industry. We re looking for someone who can take our existing brand and adapt the principles to create a strong, forward-looking identity. Ideally you will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, you will take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. You will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Responsibilities- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Work closely with the Content and Comms team to design assets that meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with the wider marketing team to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include presentations, social media, brand videos, illustrations, white papers, internal communications, email newsletters, and general marketing materials
- Help maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels
- Help develop a best practice for managing the design process for all materials
- Four days a week minimum
- Minimum 6-month contract with a view to extend
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software:
- Required: Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop plus Google apps, specifically Google Slides
- Excellent communication skills
