We are actively looking for a Head of Building Safety and Compliance to join a local authority in the outer Birmingham area on an interim basis. In return you will receive a 6 month contract, a competitive day rate, hybrid / remote working, the opportunity to be extended, the opportunity to be made permanent.
As the Head of Building Safety and Compliance, you will be:
- Responsible for the day to day management of the big 6 of compliance and building safety
- The main point of contact for across the organisation and external stakeholders for any compliance related issues, ensuring that all work is in line with legislation
- Managing all budgets with financial responsibility for the department
Education / Qualifications:
- Extensive experience managing and working with the big 6 of compliance and building safety
- Previous experience managing budgets
- Social housing experience
- Experience leading compliance / building safety teams
As the Head of Building Safety and Compliance, you will receive:
- 600 - 650 per day
- Hybrid / remote working
- The opportunity to be extended
- The opportunity to be made permanent
