A Local Authority based in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Child Protection service and is offering a high level of flexibility and a very competitive rate to attract the best Social Workers

• You will have the opportunity to be home based for this assignment and will only need to travel to visits.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and confident Child Protection Social Workers to work very autonomously whilst earning a very high rate, which can help boost your savings significantly. Most of the work will be done virtually but as there is a buddy system in place you can share your visits with a Social Worker on site if you are currently home based.

You will be joining a service which also has a dedicated CSE team that focuses on complex cases that have a CSE component. The main focus of the CP team is to carry out CP and CIN work with cases that do not involve any CSE and/or Gangs. Therefore cases will focus predominantly on DV, Parental Mental Health for the most part.
